When Will My Order Ship?
Orders placed by 2:30 PM EST are guaranteed to process on the same day. Any orders received after 2:30 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
How Can I Track My Order's Arrival?

Returns Policy
At Carroten, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return products in new or gently used condition in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you. Upon receipt of your return, we will promptly process your refund to the original payment method within 48 business hours. A prepaid return label will be provided to you. Please do not ship the item without requesting a return, we will not be able to receive your order. Approved returns must be shipped within a 30 day return window or the return will be voided.
Damaged Items
If there is any damage or defect found upon order arrival, please email us contact@carroten.com with a detailed description of the problem. Please include an image of the damaged item in the email.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or are missing an item from your order, we are committed to correcting the issue as soon as possible. Please email contact@carroten.com for a replacement order.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. A return request can be opened and a new order can be placed.
